警察証明申請予約／Appointment for Police Certificate

  • 申請者の日本における犯罪歴の有無を証明する書類です。

    取得理由により、申請ができない場合もございます。

    • 申請時、当館で指紋採取を行います。
    • 予約時間は厳守してください。
    • 日本の各都道府県警察本部で申請していただくと、おおむね2～3週間で証明書を取得することができます（必要書類については、直接各都道府県警察本部へご照会ください。）

    • The certificate is issued only when requested by certain authorities as required by law, such as in the case of an Australian visa/citizenship application, registration with the nursing board in WA, etc. If you wish to apply for Police Clearance for anything other than for the above-mentioned reasons, please contact our consular section.
    • Applications must be made in person at our office.
    • Processing time takes approximately 2-3 months
    • Free of charge
